Swan in hiding

Took another walk around the Derwenthorpe Lakes to see if the cygnets had hatched yet. No, Mum is still sitting firmly on her nest which has been built behind the clump of reeds in the lake to the left in this shot.

I have added an extra which is a view across the lake looking so beautiful in the morning sunlight!
