Today's the day ......................... to go round the back

This nestbox in our front garden has seen better days.

But it didn't seem to bother the pair of great tits that are nesting in there - and now have a hungry brood to feed.  They are both in and out at frequent intervals with tasty morsels to tempt the little ones.  The funny thing is though - they never use the purpose-built front door.  They go in and out of that raggedy hole in the bottom.

Keeping the other one for best, I expect .........................
