Beach Huts

We hadn't wandered down to the beach for a few days but as the mist had cleared and the sun was shining we set off early this morning.  There was a lovely calmness in the air as we watched a young heron in the estuary slowly wade into the river.  This is a shot of the beach huts that are nearly all out along the beach now.

We then spent time back home while an engineer installed our smart meter for the gas and electricity.
