Pants

Our street cleaners are pants. These pants have ‘moved’ from further up on the pavement to about 3 feet down onto the road side. How long have these pants been in the neighbourhood? I first noticed them in January! Since then there were Road works and they didn’t get swept up then.
I intend picking them up tonight ( if I remember!) I have the gloves with me . It’s Pants that they have been there for 6 months!
