Poppy

It's possible that this may be the only poppies we have in the garden this year. The oriental poppies seemed to be okay until the snow dump in March and at the moment it doesn't look hopeful of flowers. Some look like the foliage won't even make it this year. 

It will be interesting to see if the plants regenerate themselves throughout the summer or if I will have o buy some new plants next year.
