Photographing Erica

We had a slightly shorter walk today with less climbing, Lumb Falls and then over the moor to Gibson Mill. On the way we met Erica - a grouse (I think) who seems to come out from the heather to greet people who pass. One of Tam and Jim's friends has decided to call her/it Erica. Kate Lycett has a lovely exhibition at the Heart Gallery,  and one of the pictures is called 'Visiting Erica' so we were very pleased that Erica came out to meet us!
