His Grace

His Grace the Duke of Burgundy - my first ever sighting of this butterfly which, until recently, was all but extinct in Sussex. Today I visited one of its remaining strongholds in West Sussex and counted more than 80 individuals on a six hour walk during which I saw 17 butterfly species.
