V. Happy

My third tri. The previous two have been almost the same time, within 30 second of 1 hr 25. Today over a similar distance, I managed 1 hr 11 mins. As ever incredibly well organised and proof that training pays off.

Time to contemplate if I can shave a few more minutes off....over a large G&T!
