May in all her glory!

What a perfect day for my birthday!  Sunshine, blue skies, no wind, trees dripping with may and blossoms and every leaf on every tree fully out! 

Because Mr Sk is competing in his Lotus today, he took me out for a delicious birthday tea yesterday afternoon at a local hotel, which is where I took the first extra.  The second extra is an amazing "cup cake" which Mr Sk secretly had made by a local lady who bakes cakes of any  sort and puts the proceeds towards schools in India.  So I don't feel too bad tucking into all that delicious butter icing - somebody has to do it!!  :)
