A morning with Eda

Lovely to spend some time with Eda before she heads home later today.

Here she is playing with some of her latest toys and looking much happier sitting up. Can you see her teeth?

We went into the garden before having brunch as it has been a lovely morning.  Don't think she's sat directly on the grass before so she took some time exploring it. 
Uncle Alex arrived to join us for brunch as he hasn't seen Eda since she was here at Christmas, so time for a family shot.

Too soon they were packing up and heading off to see a friend who had a baby in March and then the long drive home.

I've done  bit more gardening (got nettled!), caught up on yesterday's Royal Wedding (thought it was all lovely) and now I'm about to start preparing for a BBQ tea for which Alex will return later. 

You've got to grab this sunshine whilst it is here, we know it won't last!
