Precarious.

The wall of Trinity Hall makes a good place to sit and watch the antics of some of the novice punters. Punt poles sometimes left stuck in the water, clashes and bumps into the river banks. Although, as I watched from Garret Hostel bridge, definitely not the wall, most seemed to be chauffeur punts. I went along to check prices at Trinity college boat station as I hope to treat  my daughter and family, when they arrive from Colorado, on a trip along the 'Backs.' Cheaper for me as I have a resident's card.
