Grade 6 Competition

We were up and away early this morning (even missing Parkrun) to travel to Perth for L’s grade 6 gymnastics competition.

She had 5 rotations. Bars, Beam, Vault, Floor and Conditioning.

She did fantastically well and passed with distinction and eventually finishing 5th out of 148 girls.

We are super proud that all her hard work paid off with a top 6 finish meaning she got to present at the end and received a rosette.

It was a long day but nice that BFF A came up to support after fracturing her wrist last week meaning she couldn’t participate herself.

Me met up with A’s parents and sister at 8pm back home at Pizza Express for dinner.
