I could be the one, to Grow old with you
The allotment was empty today which told me that the majority of allotmenteers are royaltists. Which I like.
I didn’t stay in to watch because I knew it would be recreated every twenty minutes for the next forty eight hours.
It was too beautiful a day not to be outside; and despite the dodgy wrist (yes it’s still playing up) we spent nearly four hours up there.
Then we came home had lunch (late) tidied up, went and got shopping, and then came home and alternately watched the wedding and Chelsea v. Man U.
The we had dinner, then we headed back up to water in the dark (so the plants don’t get burnt)
And now watching back I think ; what a beautiful day. Everyone was happy, except for those who weren’t (there are always some) .. everyone was smiling. I felt for her mum; she, of everyone, seemed so alone and out of place. The nicest thing would have been for her to sit next to the in laws
In honour of the day - I wore my veil. Shortly before himself took it from me and cut it up to be a veg cover .
Being married is a lovely thing.
If you’re lucky enough to marry someone you love it’s an Amazing thing
Happy welding day chaps - I hope your Wedding Singer is the best
