Time to get fit!

After 3 months of morning sickness, and a string of colds, I seriously could not feel any weaker! It's not ideal to start training in the middle of pregnancy, but I knew I had to do something. After a week of researching, I realized a yoga studio wasn't going to work. Most did not allow you to do anything but prenatal yoga, and then only offered prenatal yoga on Saturday. I finally settled upon either, Gold's Gym or Bella Fitness. 

I'm supposed to try Bella fitness tomorrow, but I've actually already signed up for Gold's Gym. I went to the one at the Quarry, and I felt very comfortable there. They have a large array of classes, and even have water yoga for my third trimester. JD was super helpful, and they no longer require you to do 2-year contracts. It's only 3 months. They'll also place the membership on hold for free after I have Ella. 

I also met Shae, one of the personal trainers. He answered all my questions and said they can customize any class to fit my bump. 

I'm extremely excited! I have a consultation with Shae on Friday, and then I plan on starting up on Monday. I hope Juaquin will eventually join me, but I don't want to add anything to his plate right now. I really wish things at work would turn around!
