Cycled to and from parkrun where scanned the barcodes whilst standing in the sun.
Home, change of clothes and shoes and up Glen Prosen for a walk up Cat Law. It's not a huge hill but a steady climb and then undulations before a steep descent. There are more bulldozed tracks than last time I was there, I hope they green over a bit with time.
Across the valley are the Glen Clova hills, including 2 Munros and a Corbett, and they made for a fine panorama. The views are good the other way but it was a bit hazy. There were loads of wood sorrel growing and a few cloudberry flowers.
