Today's the day ............................. for a royal occasion

The Union Jack is flying from this house - and today we really enjoyed watching Prince Harry and his lady Meghan, tie the knot at Windsor.  They did such a brilliant job of bringing something to celebrate into everyone's lives.

Even the Osmunda regalis - or the Royal Fern as it is known to the common people - seemed particularly glorious as it started to unfurl in the late spring sunshine ...........................
