Heron

Heerlen is capital of the murals in the Netherlands.3
Upon arrival by train from the North you are immediately welcomed by the Heron.
Heerlen was once the city of miners. After having gone through a deep valley, people now want to draw attention to positive developments such as the cultural spring and the many events that the city has.
This mural was made by the artists Vincent Lancee and Dave de Leeuw.
