Cataract 5 - Washing Up

I'd already decided last night that I wasn't going to walk today, I thought I'd go into the charity shop for a couple of hours instead which would be much more restful.  Except that it wasn't, and after 30 mins I was feeling a bit dizzy so I went home.  I don't know whether my trip to the theatre last night and subsequently getting to bed too late had anything to do with it, who knows, but after having lunch and resting for a while I now feel fine.

So I have a week before I'm walking the Limestone Way with a few of my Ramblers group, which obviously was arranged and paid for long before I knew cataract surgery was needed.  I've told them I'll be going slowly and will catch up with them at the YHAs later, and I'm as sure as I can be that I'll be fine, and if not I'll get a taxi back home!
