The Sky Above

It is my no class day. After three and half years of college. My last semester of school is the only time I get a free day. It's so nice. It's like having a three day weekend every single week. It's great!

Today, I went on a little adventure with Rachel and Elita to the end of Tram B, which is the Claveau stop. One of my goals on this trip is to see the ends of each tram line just so that I can explore Bordeaux and easily see what the area is like. The Claveau stop was very interesting because it was very different to Downtown Bordeaux. Claveau was very suburban and a completely different place. The architecture of the homes and the landscape of the Golden Gate type bridge behind the buildings made the Claveau area very un-Bordeaux, un-France-like. Here are a few photos of my trip. (1), (2)

This photo, I like very much. It was taken through my skylight, which I had to stand on a chair to peer through. I took this shot early on in the day and it was my favorite out of all the photos I took at Claveau.
