I like to decorate my summer dishes with the colorful and peppery tasting nasturtium petals. But the leaves are edible as well. The plant is very nutritious, lots of vitamin C and iron. Especially the leaves have antibiotic properties which are most effective before the flowers show up. 
It is just a small lunch for me today because tonight I will cook for my two best friends. And there will be nasturtiums on their plates as well because I know they like them:)
