Bird Cafe

Welcome to the Bird Cafe, where we serve dry, crushed corn all morning long!

Ever since I can remember, the Bird Cafe has been open. Usually while the coffee is brewing, the corn is being scattered, mostly in the dirt, but some on the rocks or other places for our morning entertainment. Rabbits and desert birds of all kinds come to enjoy the morning feast.

As a kid, Grandpa and I would actually use sticks and draw a cafe in the front yard dirt with small circles for tables. We'd place the seed/corn in the circles and then some along the curvy "path" up to the restaurant. Fun memories.
