The road well travelled

Found in a veggie café in Kenmare, enjoying the sun and sipping green tea. Looking remarkably fit and jaunty after a walk of 200km starting and ending in Kenmare and going around the Ring of Kerry through Killarney, Cahersiveen, Waterville, Caherdaniel and Sneem. Fields, forests, mountains, rivers, strands, bogs. Friendly dogs, polite cattle and the odd interesting traveller on the way. The remains of a spectacular bruise on his knee, a scabby elbow and a sunburnt ankle but no blisters. And the weather really improved from day 2. Nice to have him home.
