Wisteria Hysteria

Another day in the garden. It was going so well until I broke the half moon edging tool. I think it was about 30 years old so it didn't owe us anything, as my mother-in-law would have said. The problem is that replacing it means a major expedition to a garden centre or DIY store. I'll go tomorrow. I may be gone some time.

Our wisteria, finally, is giving us some flowers, though it seems more inclined to extend its reach towards the upstairs windows, and block the light from the kitchen door and window. Last year it managed to find its way through a crack around the door, and started to make headway across the kitchen ceiling!
