Peek-a-boo

Today I was treated to lunch out in Chester with Mum, followed by a lovely long walk in the crisp winter sunshine down by the River Dee and then up through the Grosvenor Park. On our travels we came across this little chap, and with a little help from some donated peanuts given to us by a generous little boy, we began the game of 'a nut for a pose'. We tried it with a few squirrels, but as you will notice, this one was fairly fond of food!!

The theme then continued with dinner out at The Grosvenor Arms in Aldford, and as usual, catching up with the old work folk in front of a roaring fire whilst eating good food, was greatly enjoyed by all.
