Hebe

which is a hardy plant native to New Zealand.  This one doesn't normally flower at this time and will be a mass of flowers later in the year.  With not a lot of flowers about at the moment I was very happy to spot this one opening this morning.   Thank you to Biker Bear for hosting Flower Friday.
