Where decisions are made for better or worse; where people apply for permission to build or pull down; where papers are read and filed and archived and shredded; where protests are made and views are heard; Where many people work hard to keep the cogs turning; where people turn to for help.

Where I detoured to this morning before work to get a blip, as I knew this evening was going to be a washout, and I'm quite frankly so tired I wanted to have a night in without thinking too much about finding a photo.
