Day 2

We stayed overnight at Lympne just 15 minutes from the Shuttle Terminal and enjoyed a very good pub meal yesterday evening. This morning we travelled by Euroshuttle for the first time. It was quite strange, a feeling of flying without being able to look out of the window! We stopped in France for some essential supermarket shopping and then travelled by motorway to Tournai in Belgium. This is the oldest town in Belgium and has a very interesting and chequered history. We were just in time to see the centre span of a new bridge being lowered into place. We think we need to explore the town a bit more.
