Aperol spritz

I have never tried this cocktail, but it certainly looks attractive and makes a brilliant pic of a relaxing moment on the beach.

After this hard winter we have had this year, with lots of rain, windy days and huge storms, it is great to spend a few days on the coast at last!!!
