Davaar Island from near Macringan's Point

15.4C with sunny sunshine all day long. Light SE/SSE breeze.

Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard and wandered out the shore path almost to Macringan's Point. As we reached Low Askomill on the way out Randzel was backing out from the harbour. With the pilot boat in close attendance Randzel was soon crossing the loch and after going through the channel beside Davaar island turned South. By the time Fergus and I got out to the second gate on the path Randzel was disappearing towards Ailsa Craig.
