Purple flowers...

No idea what these purple flowers are but they looked quite nice on my amble to the train station. Posting early as am at the airport and them it will be straight to hospital to see my mum who had surgery yesterday to remove a melanoma. She only got the CT scan results late on Tuesday that it had not spread anywhere else so it was a very quick turnaround. It’s her second one - last one was over 12 years ago so of course it was a bit of a shock. But it went well and she is feeling OK this morning. I’m hoping for no delays as I won’t get home until after 7pm and visiting finishes at 8pm.
