Alan and Jill

It was the U3A Outdoor Gym Group meeting this morning. Alan is our convenor but had to go to a meeting so his wife Jill was deputising for him. There were only three of us plus Jill who turned up so today but we got a serious workout albeit that the parts that got the most exercise were the jaws. We certainly did chat with the odd bit of sitting on a piece of gym equipment. A fantastic morning...
