sansa's lemon cakes

El bought me a game of thrones cookbook for my birthday! Her and Andrew are staying this weekend so I have made a big pot of beef and whole onions in ale from the book that everyone can eat when they arrive. Also made these lemon cakes, who sansa in the book is very partial to! I altered the recipe slightly but putting a blob of lemon curd on top before icing and sprinkling with zest.
Also have a batch of mulled spiced cider on the go for their arrival in the next hour!
