Tuesday: Nanaimo

I spent the day in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, flying over there this morning and back this afternoon.  The weather was great again so the views were amazing.  Nanaimo is actually prettier than I thought - the downtown core is quite colourful.  Unfortunately, I was driven through it so haven't got any pictures to show you.  

Back in Vancouver I went to an Elementary School concert this evening.  It had Britain as its theme which is why I was invited.  It was actually really good - and some of the kids were so cute.........
