Wide Wednesday - Water

We had to travel four hours by vehicle in order to satisfy the wide Wednesday challenge today. Water was the theme and Playa La Ropa was the only choice in my mind. We returned to a very different beach from what we left three days ago. The waves were washing well up the sand, stealing away much of the beach. The long waves caused a variety of water patterns which I attempted to capture as we walked the sands at sunset. Only a wide lens would allow me to get the interplay of the different waves in a single image. Good to be back!
