Five a day?
Five a day ? Easy !
We are urged to eat more fruit and veg - they used to say 5 a day but now its more. This is my regular 5 a day - Banana and grapes at breakfast then an orange, an apple and a pear spread over the rest of the day and evening. Add carrots, broccoli and cauliflower at lunch and, today, strawberries for sweet and it makes my total 9 today.
