The Oakwoods at Elgin

Went to Aberdeen for a Birthday dinner with the family. We eat out at
The Green at Udny Green. It was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend it to any body as a place to eat. So on the way home today we came back via the A96 wich took us though the oakwood at Elgin in Morayshire. Don't know why it is called The Oakwood, because it is mostly Beech Trees. But at this time of year it is so beautiful. I have always wanted to take pictures of it. Today I had my small pocket camera JVC and I think it did it justice. So here is The Oakwood at Elgin!
