Angels from Casa Joanna

Back blip

We were taken out for dinner tonight by our guests Scott and Brian on their last night here and they wanted us to show them another of our favourite everyday restaurants.  We chose Casa Joanna in Sarria, where we had dinner almost every Friday night of our 5 years in that area from 1993 - 1998 and still go back probably half a dozen times a year.    Angels now runs the show, having taken over from her parents a good few years ago now.  Her brother's the chef, who took over from the father.  Just behind us you can see one of Bb's short stories which is about changes in restaurants and based on Casa Joanna.  Since we presented it to them it's been on their wall.  

Here's Bb's blip of our guests: father and son Scott and Brian (taken on 15th May just before they left).  They get the prize for staying more time in the house and the barrio than any other guests to date!
