Tortola, last course

Final day of final course, back in Tortola.
More people on this course than any other had prior knowledge, so we were able to build in a few more advanced skills. Feedback has been super positive.

So 14 days, 3 islands, 4 planes, 4 ferries, 1 fast search boat, 2 car crashes, 1 trip to hospital, 11 teaching days, 49 learners. Lots of laughter, lots of pondering. Natural wonders and natures fury admired, respected and hard to understand.
Ive met à lot of wonderful individuals* with their heart's in the right place, but collectively something seems very amiss. I know I'm mistaken to view it through the  prism of my own reality, and that I can only know a tiny bit of it, but the sum seems somehow less than the parts.
For my part I can look in the mirror and know I've done my best to pass on as much appropriate knowledge as possible, that I'm leaving behind a more confident and competent set of volunteers. I hope it's enough.

And yes these pics do accurately represent the gender split of volunteers I've met.
