Too early

Drive into Aberdeen for my taxi’s bi-annual check. The pass certificate I had from six months ago had 1300 written in it for the time of the test.
Went to hand my keys in, girl at the desk told me I am too early. It is supposed to be 1330.
Incompetent service ACC.
One of the mechanics said, “Its ok for you, you can drive away, I have to work here. .”
