poetry slam...

So, I went to the poetry slam tonight. I ended up reading for open mic and judging the slam. I was sooo nervous and went to stand outside for a while before the reading actually started and took this picture. It really was a lot of fun and I am hoping to participate in the slam next time. I really enjoyed the experience and I think it is definitely something I will keep doing.
