Mystery Macro (TT115) Old & New Technology

Probably not a mystery to blippers (of a certain age?) 

Bought at the camera club bring & buy - along with the camera in the extras.   The first SLR to offer an electronically controlled programmed autoexposure mode  (more on Wikipedia)

Just as a contrast - the other extra is Gill's new sewing machine.

I'll leave you to muse on which cost more :-)
