Treats

The real treat today was the barn owl that flew last as I begun my morning run. I rarely see an owl these days and it is always a privilege.

The desk muffin from yesterday was quickly
dispatched, along with a banana for breakfast.

Plenty of salad today.

Had a small treat this evening.
