We spotted these beaky birds near the Kincardine Bridge.
After an utterly miserable morning, wet and sleety, the sun got his hat (and coat) on this afternoon and allowed us to get out and admire the snow on the Argyllshire hills and even a little sprinkling on the Ochils.
