Wallace Trahan and Rice'n'Gravy

Every Saturday night in Eunice, Lousiana, there is a radio/TV show recorded live in the Liberty Theatre where different Cajun and Zydeco bands perform. We bought tickets to watch the show and enjoyed an evening of traditional Cajun songs sung mainly in French, with commentary by an emcee, himself an accordionist, who explained what they were about.
