I've spent a few hours today in Stratford on Avon. Unfortunately I wasn't there to see the sights or to take a stroll down by the river, I was on an industrial estate learning about changes to the Waste Packaging Regulations. I've been managing this for work for the last six years, and whilst it doesn't get any more interesting, it does get easier.

The contents of my recycling bag at home show items for which the supermarkets would have to take the selling obligation, the manufacturers of the food items would take the pack / fill obligation & then other companies would have the convertor and raw material obligations.

See, I told you it was interesting..... yawn.....
