Homeward bound. This is the sunset seen from the plane window.  Something else eh?

This afternoon, from the hotel terrace, we watched a pod of dolphins playing, leaping, and swimming in to the distance.  Magical.

I had an emotional day, saying goodbye to my lassies, I won't see them again for who knows how long.  They keep wanting to make plans, for me to go to Edinburgh for parties, the festival etc.  Or asking if they can come to stay.  However, I've had to say, several times, that I can't make any plans as I'll be having chemotherapy, no schedule yet, and I can't predict how I'll feel.

I've had a text from my surgeon, operation is set for Monday 14th but I guess he's going to have to see my new Spanish wound first.
