Well, I guess if you need to be in hospital, there are much much worse hospitals.  I've got a balcony, I dragged my chair and drip out and caught some rays.  

My fever has gone - sin fiebre- but I have some fluid which caused the infection so the doctor said he'd drain it.  I assumed he'd use a syringe as they do in the UK.  However, and this is where things get messy, he just cut a slot with a scalpel.  If I'd known that's what he was doing I would never have let him but it was behind my arm.   They dressed the wound and discharged me.
