Alderfly?

Spotted this at Gowy Woodland Park. I have looked through the insect book and I'm guessing it is a stonefly but I'm not really sure at all. If anyone can identify this I would be interested.

First edit - After riverside suggested it might be a lacewing I had another look in my book and now think it is an alderfly
