Sikh and ye shall find ...
( Sorry ! )
A brief stint on Broad Street in Oxford today as I was waiting for someone.
So "Street Photography Tuesday" it is then :-)
It's quite nice, as if you point your camera in the general direction of something historic ( not a problem in Oxford really ) people assume that you are photographing it, and not them. ( With the rather irritating caveat that some people, often the ones whom I'm wanting to wander into shot, stop and apologise for being in the way - thus ruining the concept ! )
The square jawed gentleman with the hat is backed by the Sheldonian Theatre as also seen in this blip ( in focus ! ) ...
The Japanese (?) group in the extra were being led by the gentleman in the white hat - they'd just been told about the wonders of Blackwell's Bookshop and were headed off inside...
Update: Extra 3 - the same photo as the main, but with some Photoshop work to substitute ivy for telephone junction box ... Are there any experts out there who can tell me ( or point me at instruction on ... ) how to successfully blend the edge of such work ?
Weather again wonderful - I understand that it starts downhill for a bit tomorrow sadly :-(
