Poppies in Meux

The journey continued to the village of Meux outside Compiegne. After some shopping I went for a walk in the countryside in the sunshine. Bizarrely, while heading north from the Dordogne, the temperature increased from 10 to 20 degrees. Now I am just waiting for our Airbnb hosts to arrive back from work and then we will cook our meal and eat with them.
